Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

DNM is the Controller of the user's personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Law no. 58/2019, of 8 August, which ensures the implementation of that regulation in the Portuguese legal order.

What information do we collect?

When browsing the website, you may contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or book a meeting, for which you will need to provide the following personal data: name, email, phone, tax identification number and address.

How will we use the information?

Your data is processed so that you can subscribe to and receive our newsletter, book an online meeting with our lawyers, or when you ask us to contact you. Only entities whose collaboration is essential to the booking of meetings through the site, to the processing of invoicing and to sending the newsletter will have access to your personal data.

If you subscribe to the newsletter you will consent to us sending you communications on legal matters and events organised by DNM or in which DNM participates. These communications may be sent by email, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable such communications. These communications will be made by DNM.

Your personal data may also be used so that DNM can:

  • Carry out market research and statistical analysis.
  • Process requests, queries, respond to consultations or any other type of request made by you through any of the forms available on the DNM website.

Why may we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • For the performance of the service agreement following the online meeting booking;
  • For DNM's legitimate interest: to carry out market research, statistical analysis, and to process requests and queries on the USER's behalf.
  • With the USER's consent: for sending newsletters.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or where there are legal provisions requiring its custody. When no longer necessary, it will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure data anonymisation or its total destruction.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers.

What are the data protection rights and how can you exercise them?

Right to withdraw consent or right to object
