AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND DIOGO, NETO, MARQUES & ASSOCIADOS – Sociedade de Advogados, RL (DNM)

The DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL website is comprised of several pages, administered by DNM or at its request.

The site is offered to all users, conditional on acceptance, without modification, of the terms, circumstances and notices contained in this agreement. Your use of the DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.

IMPROPER OR ILLEGAL USE

Advertise or offer to sell or buy goods or services for any commercial purpose, unless such Communication Service permits such messages.

Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.

Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that the user knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal notices or other proprietary designations or marks of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Communication Services.

Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines or legal provisions which may be applicable to any Communication Service.

Collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL is under no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL reserves the right to review materials posted on this Communication Service and, at its discretion, to remove any materials. DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without prior notice, for any reason.

DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL reserves the right at all times to disclose any information whenever necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, judicial process or administrative or judicial order, or to edit, refuse to post or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, from the site at its sole discretion.

The user should exercise caution when providing any personally identifying information about themselves or third parties in any Communication Service. DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL does not control the content of the messages and information found in any Communication Service and therefore DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL specifically disclaims any liability with reference to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Server Administrators are not spokespersons for DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL and their opinions do not necessarily reflect those of DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL.

Materials submitted to a Communication Service are subject to the limitations posted on their use, reproduction and/or disclosure. The user is responsible for adhering to such limitations if downloading the materials.

MATERIALS PROVIDED OR POSTED ON THE DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL SITE

DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL does not claim ownership of the materials provided to DNM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL (including comments and suggestions) or posted, uploaded, entered or submitted to the site or its associated services (collectively, "submissions"). By posting, uploading, entering, providing or submitting, you warrant and represent that you own or control all of the rights to your submission as described in this section, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, enter or submit the Submissions.
